Stakeholder meetings
Four stakeholder meetings were held during the course of the project. These meetings were open to all interested stakeholders and addressed the ILUC impacts of five biofuels (wheat and sugarcane bioethanol and soybean, rapeseed and palm biodiesel). The outcomes of these meetings have been included in the final report, which can be downloaded from the Deliverables page.
In addition, E4tech assembled an ‘Expert Advisory Group’ of stakeholders who provided input to the study, as well as reviewed and commented on all aspects of the approach. Members of the Expert Advisory Group were selected on the basis of their technical expertise which covers the following areas: specific biofuel chains, agricultural and related markets, and different approaches to modelling ILUC impacts. The table below presents the participants of the Expert Advisory Group.
